Brewery Kruzhak

"Kruzhak" craft beer is a beer from "Ventotto's" own brewery. The brewery is located next to the bar-pizzeria "Pieno Piano", where one can always taste four original beers, varying according to the season and inspiration of our brewer.

"Kruzhak" is served in all restaurants of our network. Beer is brewed according to original recipes only from natural ingredients, so it tastes perfect, especially with our homemade snacks.

Premium Lager

OG 12%, ABV 4.2%, IBU 20
A classic german lager with a light malt taste. Enriched with the best hops.

Dark Lager

OG 14%, АBV 5.0%, IBU 25
A dark lager with a characteristic taste and aroma of caramel and roasted malt. The beer is well balanced, the aftertaste shows notes of chocolate and coffee.

Hoppy Lager

OG 13%, ABV 5%, IBU 32
A light refreshing lager with a bright hop aroma and moderate bitterness.

Weizen

OG 12%, ABV 5.0%, IBU 11
Wheat ale brewed with the addition of citrus peel and coriander. Thanks to special "wheat yeast", cloves and banana are noticeable in the aroma.

ІРА (India Pale Ale)

OG 14.5%, ABV 5.0%, IBU 58
A classic drinkable IPA that has a rich bitterness and a pronounced aroma of hops with hints of citrus. The beer has a fruity-malt taste with a wavy-tart bitterness in the aftertaste.

Milkshake ІРА

OG 15%, ABV 5.5%, IBU 44
Beer with an intense fruity taste and hop aroma, soft body and characteristic haze for this type. Generously hopped with American hops, which gave the beer fruity qualities.

APA (American Pale Ale)

OG 14%, ABV 5.3%, IBU 38
American pale ale, highlighted by aromas of ripe tropical fruits and refreshing taste with pleasant bitterness.

Stout

OG 16%, ABV 5.5%, IBU 22
Dark, sweet, rich and strong stout. The aroma has notes of coffee and chocolate.

Oktoberfest

OG 14%, ABV 5%, IBU 20
Amber-colored, bottom-fermented beer with spicy notes of hops, rich malt taste.

Tomato Sour Ale

OG 12%, ABV 4.2%, IBU 10
A light salty-sour beer with the addition of tomatoes, pepper, salt and basil.

Rauch Doppelbock

OG 18.2%, ABV 7%, IBU 23
A type of beer that is brewed with the addition of caramel and smoked malts. It has a pronounced malt taste and aroma, which are complemented by notes of caramel and bread crust.
